At The Aroma Candles, we carefully package every candle to help ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within Canada are generally 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping method.
Any free-shipping promotions will be displayed on our website when available.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, unexpected delays may occur.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at support@tacandles.com, and we will help you investigate the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your candles when they arrive. If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
